Attendee Conduct

EVENT attendees and participants agree to be respectful and professional to our location hosts, speakers, volunteers and other attendee throughout an EVENT. The Promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee to leave the EVENT immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, creating a disturbance, disruption or safety hazard or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Attendees, volunteers and participants acknowledge the Promoter, associated helpers and contractors disclaim liability for any financial or other loss, damage, accident or injury to property or persons, charge of disputes and natural disasters. The EVENT Program is subject to change without notice.

Liability Waiver for Personal Injury or Death

While the Promoter takes every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at EVENT, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behaviour. The Promoter excludes to the full Extent Permitted by Law any liability to attendees, volunteers and participants in this event due to the personal injury or death of an attendee, volunteer or participant that arises from their attendance or participation in or association with this event.

Privacy Statement

Perth4Jesus complies with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in the Privacy Act 1988. We regard all information supplied by you as private and confidential information. Information provided on the EVENT or the Perth4Jesus website will only be used for the purpose of registering your attendance and to assist with the administration and planning of this Event. Under no circumstances will Perth4Jesus reveal, sell or distribute any personal information that is supplied to anyone outside the company, its associates, affiliates or sponsors, unless specifically authorised to do so. We reserve the right to distribute statistical information for reporting purposes only and reserve the rights of all photographic, audio recordings or other images taken at the event in perpetuity and without recourse for compensation or payment of any kind. Audio/Video/Photo Disclaimer

When you enter a Perth4Jesus event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, marketing, telecasts, advertising, or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification. You release Perth4Jesus, its officers and associated Media and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Perth4Jesus or the person or entity designated to do so by Perth4Jesus. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Parking

We always look when planning for an event for either onsite parking or parking that is within a reasonable distance from the venue as well as reasonable access to public transport if it is available. It is advised to contact the venue for their suggestions and recommendations prior to attending any event. Attendees are responsible for their own parking and parking fines, etc. if applicable.

Review and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia.

Attendee agrees that any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms will be resolved via non-binding mediation in the State Western Australia via a professional mediator obtained by the Promoter and if a successful mediation is not reached, to bi nding arbitration arbitrated in the State of Western Australia in accordance with the policies set forth by the Western Australian Commercial Arbitration Act 1986. If any of these Terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions
